Package shipping

Packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number. All orders received before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, with delivery the next business day. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling charges are a fixed price. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will be applied to each one individually. We do our best to protect all fragile items by carefully packing each shipment. If at the time of delivery you notice any external damage to the shipment packaging as a result of transport, please inform the delivery person and contact us.

Shipping costs for mainland Spain are 4.95€ (taxes included), shipping costs are free.

International shipping will cost 19.95€ (taxes included).

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Returns

The return costs for Spain are 8.95€ to be paid by the customer.

International return costs are 19.95€ to be paid by the customer.

If you want to make a return within 15 calendar days after your purchase, you must send us an email with the subject RETURN to tienda@galiforniashop.com indicating the following details:
